Welcome to Free Spirit Properties, my name is Kelly Sutton and I'm the owner and founder. I'm passionate about property and about helping people reach their dreams through passive, hands-free property investment.

 

I love everything about property and started my journey in 1997 with my first home, and have bought, sold and invested in numerous properties since then. And I will continue to do so, because I truly believe that there is no better or safer investment class that will allow you to grow long-term wealth.

 

I build my Buy-to-Let portfolio in the North, where I take houses that need love and attention and bring them back to life, making them a beautiful home again for others to enjoy. These properties also ensure a fantastic return for my fixed-return investors.

 

I concentrate on my home-town of Essex for my New Build projects, where opportunities to build new or flip existing properties for capital growth are plentiful. Creating amazing new homes for people is so rewarding, I love the journey, the creativity and the pride in making something that others will live in and make beautiful memories. A joint venture partnership with me on New Build projects gives my investors the ability to achieve inflation busting returns.
